Ace Fab has been registered with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers since June of 2018. We currently have one engineer on staff and are looking to add another one soon!

Ace Fabricators, Inc. (Ace Fab) specializes in the custom manufacturing of structural commercial and industrial fabricated steel. Ace Fab was founded in 1995. We have had a wide range of projects which have included (but not limited to): schools, shopping centers, professional office buildings, churches, stairs/rails, pipe racks and many others too numerous to mention.
Ace Fab is keeping up with technology as we presently own seven Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machines, which maximizes our efficiency and production, allowing us to produce 400 to 500 tons per week.
Our in-house detailing department utilizes SDS/2 software, which in turn downloads into the CNC machines, giving us the capability of producing both small and large commercial and industrial projects in a timely manner at competitive prices. We offer top-quality work and on-time dependable delivery.
Ace Fabricators, Inc. is registered as MBE and HUB. We are also AISC certified and hold a certification with the City of Houston as a "Fabricator of Structural Steel." Our welders are certified in accordance with the requirements of Section 4 of the ANSI/AWS D1.1, 2002 Structural Welding Code-Steel.
