Technological Advancements and Capabilities
ACE Fab stays at the forefront of fabrication technology, utilizing advanced CNC equipment and automation to maximize efficiency and production—currently producing 400–500 tons per week.
Our detailing team works in SDS/2 software, ensuring accurate, fabrication-ready drawings that align with our shop processes.
With a full-time professional engineer on-site, we also provide valuable opportunities for interns to gain real-world experience and grow within the industry.
Welding Standards
Our welders are certified in accordance with the requirements of ANSI/AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code – Steel.
We strive to maintain strict internal quality standards to ensure all fabricated materials meet project specifications and industry requirements.
